We are currently looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join the Delta Force Family as Afterschool Program Staff across our multi-site portfolio.
The Role
Are you looking to make a real impact? As a part of our after-school team, you will serve as a positive role model, helping kids grow, learn, and have fun in a safe, supportive setting. You will be stepping into a fun and active environment where you will engage with children through games, structured activities, and teamwork.

What We Are Looking For
Must be 18 years of age or older.
A positive, energetic attitude with a passion for working with children.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
Reliable transportation.
Hours & Compensation
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM. Exact schedule can be tailored based on availability.
Pay: Negotiable, based on your level of experience.
