What You’ll Do as a Mixing Operator:-
Mix and blend ingredients according to recipes, formulas, and batch sheets

Operate mixers, blenders, scales, and other food processing equipment

Follow food safety, sanitation, GMP, and allergen-handling requirements

Verify lot codes and complete production paperwork accurately

Calculate batch times and ingredient amounts to minimize waste and maintain quality

Follow special procedures for freezer and mixing areas

Work with team members to meet daily production goals and safety expectations
What You Need to Bring to the Mixing Operator Role:-
Must have at least 6 months experience operating machinery or equipment in a manufacturing environment, preferrably in the food industry

Must have foundational knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices

Must be able to follow recipes, specifications, and work instructions accurately

Experience with food processing equipment such as mixers, blenders, and scales preferred

Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
-
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
