Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of secondary instructional programs while simultaneously managing human resource functions within our educational institution. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in education and human resources, who can foster a collaborative environment to enhance student learning and staff development. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of curriculum and instructional programs for secondary education, ensuring alignment with state standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and staff to identify instructional needs and provide support for effective teaching strategies.
- Conduct regular evaluations of instructional programs and staff performance, providing feedback and professional development opportunities as needed.
- Oversee the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention of secondary education staff, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
- Develop and implement human resource policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support staff development and well-being.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development and training programs for teachers and staff to enhance instructional practices and improve student outcomes.
- Monitor and analyze data related to student performance and teacher effectiveness to inform decision-making and instructional improvements.
- Serve as a liaison between the school district and community stakeholders, fostering partnerships that support educational initiatives and resource development.
- Stay current on educational trends, legislation, and best practices in both instruction and human resources to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Pay- salary is based on 240 days with a 16% index and a $10,000 stipend.

- Strong knowledge of curriculum development, instructional practices, and assessment strategies for secondary education.
- Proven experience in human resources management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve educational outcomes.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations pertaining to education and human resources.
