About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to fill this full-time position. As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for managing the dietary department, overseeing food preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will also be responsible for leading a team of dietitians, cooks, and food service personnel to achieve excellent patient satisfaction and quality of care.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the dietary department, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision
Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement menus and meal programs
Provide education and training to dietary staff on proper food handling, preparation, and presentation
Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient trays, dietary intake, and food waste
Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives and implement changes to improve processes and outcomes

Requirements:
Must be a Dietary Manager or willing to obtain certification within a reasonable timeframe
Minimum [Minimum Years of Experience] years of experience in a food service management position
