What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a high-technology location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Monitor access points, verify credentials, and support visitor and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site protocols for a data center environment.

Communicate with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or other conditions that could impact daily operations.
Minimum Requirements:

Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
