Property Manager – Newsom Eye (Multi‑Location)
Location: Tampa with travel to Brooksville, Sebring, Gainesville, South Tampa locations
Schedule: Full‑time, Monday–Friday
Newsom Eye is seeking a reliable, organized Property Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and vendor coordination across all five Newsom Eye facilities. This role ensures our buildings are safe, well‑maintained, and operating efficiently. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, proactive, and comfortable traveling between locations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day facility operations across multiple properties
- Coordinate and supervise vendors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, alarms, lawn care, etc.)
- Prioritize and manage maintenance tasks and work orders
- Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for all buildings and equipment
- Monitor building systems and ensure timely repairs
- Track work orders and provide updates to leadership
- Assist with facility upgrades, renovations, and special projects
- Ensure all facilities meet safety and regulatory standards
- Serve as point of contact for urgent facility issues or emergencies
- Maintain documentation, logs, and basic reporting
- Support leadership with planning and scheduling facility‑related needs
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of property management or facilities coordination preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different locations
- Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, alarms)
- Professional communication with vendors, staff, and leadership
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk properties, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable performing basic inspection tasks
Work Schedule
- Full‑time, Monday–Friday
- Occasional flexibility for urgent facility needs
