Shift Manager:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Sky Zone Trampoline Park. The Shift Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park, including ensuring the safety of guests and staff, providing excellent customer service, and managing the staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train staff.
- Ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the park.
- Open and close the park.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Resolve guest complaints.
- Complete administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands: The Shift Manager must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 35.0 per week
