Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair
- Manage cash handling accurately, including cash register operations and cashiering duties
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards by adhering to proper food handling and preparation procedures
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
- Assist in food preparation and serving, ensuring quality presentation and timely delivery
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
MUST BE 18 or older due to start time and labor laws. This position requires someone that can come in at 5:30 am
- Previous barista experience or strong knowledge of coffee preparation is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience in food service or retail environments is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $13.00 per hour
