Responsibilities
- Edit and enhance photos using Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools to achieve high-quality results.
- Perform detailed photo manipulation and retouching to meet project specifications and client expectations.
- Manage color correction and color grading workflows to ensure consistency across all images.
- Conduct image processing tasks including cropping, resizing, sharpening, and noise reduction for various formats and platforms.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals, provide updates, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Support video projects by assisting with post-production tasks using Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro when needed.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for efficient workflow management across multiple projects.
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One, Adobe Premiere, and Final Cut Pro for editing and post-production workflows.
- Strong understanding of color management principles and color theory to produce visually appealing images.
- Experience with photography lighting equipment, shot composition, and photography gear to capture high-quality visuals.
- Knowledge of aerial videography flight operations and commercial drone operation for unique shooting perspectives.
- Expertise in visual storytelling techniques across photography, videography, and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle photo editing tasks such as photo manipulation, art direction, and image processing with precision.
- Excellent client communication skills to understand needs, present ideas clearly, and manage revisions professionally.
