Develop and execute a territory strategy that grows sales across multiple channels, increases daily customer touchpoints and drives penetration in underperforming accounts and segments.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers through in person meetings, calls and other remote interactions, identifying needs and securing orders for Eppendorf products.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations that educate customers and prospects on the benefits, features and applications of Eppendorf solutions.
Collaborate with distribution and channel partners by defining joint go‑to‑market strategies, providing training and motivation and supporting their sales activities to increase Eppendorf revenue.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets; meet management benchmarks and provide clear forecasts and reports on activities, progress and risks.
Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information in the CRM system (accounts, contacts, distributor lists, opportunities, forecasts) and actively follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, trade shows and other sources.
Work closely with cross-functionally to shape products, marketing strategies, and assigned sales projects.
