Construction Manager (Bilingual Preferred)
Location: Perris, CA
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Construction Manager to join our growing construction company. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and job progress.
- Perform light estimating and assist with preparing project bids.
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Resolve field issues and keep projects on schedule.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of construction management or project management experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Experience with project scheduling and coordination.
- Light estimating experience preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
