TribuCast® provides private, dignified livestreaming through funeral homes, helping families show up from anywhere when they cannot be there in person. Each service is supported in real time by our TribuCast Monitors to ensure a seamless, respectful experience for families, guests, and funeral professionals.
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate individual to actively monitor live funeral and memorial services. This role is centered on real-time support, clear communication, and quiet professionalism—ensuring every service runs smoothly and every family feels supported.
You will serve as a steady, behind-the-scenes presence for funeral directors and remote attendees, helping resolve issues quickly and respectfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live services to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted experience
- Provide timely support via text, email, and phone before, during, and after services
- Troubleshoot audio, video, and connectivity issues in real time
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with funeral staff and remote attendees
- Maintain a calm, professional presence during emotionally sensitive moments
- Ensure each service reflects the highest standards of care, dignity, and attention to detail
- Document service notes and feedback to support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear, concise, and thoughtful)
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to remain calm and focused under time-sensitive conditions
- A compassionate, service-first mindset and desire to help others
- Comfort with basic technology and troubleshooting (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Availability on weekends, with occasional evening shifts
Preferred:
- Experience in customer support, live event support, or technical troubleshooting
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace (for remote shifts)
- Central, Mountain or Pacific time-zones preferred but strong candidates willing to work late nights from the Eastern time-zone would be seriously considered.
