Independent Cleaning Subcontractor (As-Needed / Per-Job Basis)
Position Overview
Top 2 Bottom Pro Cleaners is seeking dependable, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Subcontractors to complete commercial and residential cleaning assignments on an as-needed basis. This is a flexible, project-based opportunity for self-employed professionals who are looking to supplement their income while maintaining control over their schedules.
Subcontractors will receive job opportunities based on client demand, geographic service area, availability, and performance. There are no guaranteed hours or minimum number of assignments. Each accepted assignment is compensated at a predetermined flat rate, regardless of the time required to complete the work, provided all job requirements and quality standards are met. The Cleaning Technician is responsible for cleaning assigned jobs by ensuring that all building areas are cleaned according to company policy and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Accept or decline job assignments based on availability.
- Complete assigned cleaning services according to company standards and client specifications.
- Arrive at each job site on time and prepared with the required equipment and supplies (unless otherwise provided).
- Perform services efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
- Take before-and-after photos when required.
- Report any damages, safety concerns, or additional work needed before proceeding.
- Submit all required documentation promptly after job completion.
- Maintain professional communication with company management.
- Follow all OSHA safety practices and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Smartphone with internet access for receiving work orders and submitting photos.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must maintain active general liability insurance if required for assigned projects.
Compensation:
- Flat-rate pay per completed assignment.
- Pay rates are communicated before each job is accepted.
- Additional compensation may be approved in advance for work outside the original scope.
- Payments are processed according to the Independent Contractor Agreement and company payment schedule.
Work Schedule:
- Flexible, project-based assignments.
- No guaranteed hours.
- Jobs may be available during weekdays, evenings, weekends, or overnight depending on client needs.
- Subcontractors choose whether to accept available assignments.
Pay: $119.34 - $139.12 per day
