Position Overview
The FBA Warehouse – Pulling/Packing Specialist is responsible for preparing shipments to Amazon warehouses through the Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program. This role operates within a dedicated area of our warehouse and focuses specifically on FBA processes, separate from standard shipping operations. This position is at our warehouse located in Sellersburg, IN.
Schedule: First Shift (7:45 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.), Monday–Friday NO WEEKENDS
Employment Type: Full-Time
Starting Pay: $17/hour, with full benefits available after 90 days
Key Responsibilities
- Pick parts accurately using pre-generated lists
- Print and apply shipping labels
- Pack boxes and pallets according to company guidelines
- Maintain detailed shipment records using Microsoft Excel (500–3000 parts per shipment)
- Measure and weigh packages
- Pre-label high-volume items and track inventory in Excel
- Use inventory systems to locate and verify products
