Lead Generation Representative (Outside Sales) – Commission + Gas Allowance
This position is only available for candidates who currently reside in the Doral, Hialeah, Miami Springs, Sweetwater, or nearby areas. Applicants outside the local area will not be considered.
Puff Cleaning is expanding throughout the Doral and Hialeah areas and is looking for a motivated Lead Generation Representative to help grow our residential and commercial cleaning business.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
Your primary responsibility will be generating qualified leads and introducing potential customers to our cleaning services. Our office team will handle estimates, scheduling, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Generate residential and commercial cleaning leads.
- Visit apartment communities, office buildings, retail businesses, and local commercial areas.
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and residents.
- Distribute marketing materials.
- Report leads using our CRM or mobile app.
- Represent Puff Cleaning in a professional manner.

Requirements
- Self-motivated and reliable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Florida Driver's License.
- Reliable vehicle.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- English required.
- Spanish is a strong plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, canvassing, outside sales, customer service, or marketing.
- Knowledge of the Doral and Hialeah areas.
Work Location
Field-based throughout Doral, Hialeah, and surrounding areas.
Schedule
Flexible hours.
Monday through Saturday.
