Cillessen Construction Company is a General Contracting company located in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. We are looking to expand our growing team, specifically within our exteriors division, by filling the role of Roof & Exterior Sales Representative. While this is our ideal list of qualifications, we will consider candidates who do not necessarily meet all of them but possess sufficient experience and talent.
Job Summary
Our Roof & Exterior Sales Representative will be responsible for the continual development of the exteriors division of Cillessen Construction. This includes the sale of residential and commercial restoration work including roofing, windows, doors, siding, paint, and gutters. This position will work closely with our general contractor, project managers, office team, subcontractors, as well as insurance agents and claim supplementers. You will have the opportunity to create a network of connections to develop a pipeline of leads to support your growth and sales within Cillessen Construction.
Responsibilities
- Lead generation and sales
- Driving project planning and material selections
- Managing project budgets
- Creating benchmarks to achieve YOY sales growth
- Communicating directly with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and supplementers
- Ensuring project quality
- Following procedures associated with project closeouts
- Assisting accounting with project invoicing
- Assisting with receiving of payments
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years of general construction experience
- Strong understanding of the insurance claim process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated and self-directed
- Professionalism and timeliness

Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
