Thrive on Skidaway is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and team members. This role is responsible for front desk operations, staff scheduling, and administrative support while helping create a welcoming environment for our senior living community.
Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage visitor sign-in and front desk operations.
Create and maintain staff schedules.
Provide administrative support to the Community Business Director.
Assist with onboarding, employee records, and compliance tracking.
Maintain files, reports, and community communications.
Deliver exceptional customer service and support community operations.
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 2 years of administrative, receptionist, or office experience preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience preferred.
