We are seeking a motivated and dependable Groundhand to join our dynamic team in the telecommunications industry. Duties
- Assist Lineman with running a bucket truck.
- Use diagnostic tools and telecommunications testing equipment to identify issues within fiber optic networks and troubleshoot technical problems effectively.
- Assist with fiber splicing and network troubleshooting as needed.
- Set up traffic control signs, cones and direct traffic as needed.
Experience
- Prior outdoor work experience in telecommunications or construction environments is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and cable management techniques.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment like bucket trucks safely while following all safety regulations.
- Must be able to work under all weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand, bend and lift over 25 lbs.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
