Job Summary
Tapville Dish Washers ensure that the kitchen stays clean and organized. They set up dish stations and turn on dish cleaning
machines. They spend their time loading and unloading dishes from dish machines, washing all pans or utensils that come
into contact with food, and scraping identifiers off everything. This role supports of our goal of delivering a simple, hassle-free
guest experience. Dish Washer’s actions align with Tapville's Core Values and meet all Tapville Social operating and service
standards.
Job Duties
Acts as a representative of Tapville's Core Values
Collect used kitchenware from dining and kitchen areas
Load and unload dishwashing machines
Wash specific items by hand (e.g. cutting boards, large pots)
Store clean dishware, glassware, and flatware appropriately
Set up workstations before meal prep beings
Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, and utensils, especially during peak hours
Maintain cleaning supplies stock (e.g. detergents) and communicate needs
Check washing machines’ operation and promptly report any technical/performance issues
Remove garbage regularly

Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor

Physical Requirements
Able to stand for the entire workday
Able to move about on foot to accomplish tasks. Bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms and hands above shoulder height
frequently, or move in a constantly changing environment.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards
Ability to follow verbal instructions in English and help with various tasks
Time management skills
Attention to detail and sanitation rules
