NEAT Method is a nationally recognized luxury home organizing company specializing in creating customized systems that are both functional and beautiful. We partner with clients to organize every area of the home—from pantries and closets to kitchens, playrooms, offices, garages, and beyond.
As the Washington, DC franchise, we serve busy professionals and families throughout the District and surrounding communities who value exceptional service, thoughtful design, and lasting organization.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside Lead Organizers on residential organizing projects
- Sort, edit, categorize, and organize clients’ belongings
- Create sustainable organizational systems tailored to each client’s lifestyle
- Label and style organized spaces using NEAT Method standards
- Unpack and organize homes after moves or renovations
- Assist with inventory, product preparation, and project setup
- Lift and move storage bins, boxes, and household items (up to approximately 40 lbs.)
- Maintain a positive, professional, and discreet presence in clients’ homes

- Comfortable working in high-end homes with professionalism and discretion
- Friendly and confident interacting with clients
- Able to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable standing, bending, climbing step stools, and lifting throughout the day
- Passionate about design, organization, and creating beautiful spaces
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional organizing, interior design, merchandising, hospitality, retail styling, or customer service experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation for travel throughout the Washington, DC metro area
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic technology
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Schedule
- Part-time (approximately 8–25 hours per week)
- Primarily weekday availability between 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Schedule varies based on client projects
- Opportunity for additional hours as the business grows
