Founded in 1951, Lakeside Country Club is a top tier private member-owned country club in the West Houston area. Lakeside is a family oriented country club that provides outstanding social and recreational services to its membership.
The main clubhouse will is 87,000 square feet and is open 6 days per week, year round. Amenities include A la Carte dining, 5 Banquet rooms that can accommodate seating for 16-600, men’s and women’s grills and locker rooms, casual dining restaurant with pizza kitchen, 18 hole golf course, 5 hole par 3 course, golf teaching facility, swimming and lap pools with poolside dining, 11 outdoor tennis courts, and a 15,000 square foot fitness facility.
The Ladies Locker Room Attendant is responsible for providing a warm and friendly atmosphere to members and guests in the Ladies Locker Room and Ladies Grill. Attend to locker room needs and provide food and beverage service to members and guests in a manner that ensures a positive experience.
Job Duties:
- Restock supplies such as tissue, toilet paper, towels, soap, shampoo, toiletries, etc.
- Perform personal services i.e. shine shoes, brush clothes, replace golf shoe spikes, etc.
- Provide for the safety and security of all members’ and guests’ personal property
- Clean and empty garbage cans and baskets
- Provide immediate attention to all members/guests upon seating
- Fill glasses with ice water; answers questions and suggests menu items
- Take members’ and guests’ orders; enter tickets into POS system
- Place orders with kitchen, inform cooks about any special cooking instructions
- Serve meals, places dishes by courses in front of each person
- Check back to ensure member/guest satisfaction; replenishes water and butter as necessary
- Remove soiled dishes
- Keep tables, dining room and bus station areas clean
- Advise supervisor of any complaints as soon as they occur
- Perform clean-up and closing duties, or other duties, as assigned
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to interact well with members and guests
- Ability to carry food and dish trays
Education & Experience:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 or more years' experience
