JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Shipping & Assembly Assistant
to join our operations team. This role supports day-to-day warehouse functions
including picking, packing, shipping, product assembly, and inventory organization.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, takes pride in quality work, and thrives in a fast-
paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipment
- Verify order accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.)
Product Assembly
- Assemble products according to provided instructions, specs, or work orders
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Conduct quality control checks before packaging assembled items
Warehouse Operations
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits
Other Duties
- Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding order
status, stock levels, or product issues
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, shipping, or assembly experience a plus
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable using tools and operating in a hands-on role
- Basic computer and label printing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
