ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Sales
- Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service throughout their visit.
- Assist customers with product selection, recommendations, and hobby education.
- Explain product details, rarity, grading, and collectible market trends when appropriate.
- Build relationships with collectors and help create a strong community atmosphere.
- Upsell related products and accessories to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Merchandising & Store Operations
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays.
- Restock shelves and showcase new arrivals.
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization.
- Ensure showcases and high-value inventory are properly maintained and secured.
- Support store opening and closing procedures.
Online Sales & E-Commerce
- Assist with processing online orders and shipping operations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Create product listings for website inventory and online marketplaces.
- Photograph products and upload images for online listings.
- Assist with inventory synchronization between in-store and online systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding online orders, shipping, and product availability.
Live Selling & Community Engagement
- Assist with livestream sales events and product breaks when applicable.
- Help create social media content including product videos, photos, and announcements.
- Support in-store events, tournaments, trade nights, and community activities.
- Promote upcoming releases, events, and promotions to customers.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for collectibles, trading cards, comics, anime, gaming, or related hobbies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable learning product knowledge across multiple collectible categories.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-commerce platforms are a plus.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift inventory shipments when necessary.
