As an ITCD Specialist, you'll provide integrated treatment and support for adults experiencing both mental health and substance use challenges. You'll work closely with clients, families, community partners, and an interdisciplinary team to promote recovery and long-term wellness.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy services
Conduct co-occurring disorder assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Support clients through assertive community outreach and engagement
Coordinate care and connect clients with community resources
Maintain a manageable caseload while delivering high-quality, recovery-oriented services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members during treatment planning and case consultations
Assist with crisis intervention and emergency response services when needed
Educate and support team members regarding co-occurring disorder treatment approaches
Ensure compliance with DMH regulations and ITCD fidelity standards
Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional growth opportunities
