Sales Attendant (Casual to Part-Time) – Lagoon Chill– $17/hr + Tips & Commission

Lagoon Chill is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team in a fun, casual-to-part-time role at one of our resort locations. If you love engaging with people and enjoy working in a vibrant, vacation-style environment, this could be a perfect match!
We’re currently hiring for two types of guest-facing roles within the resort:
- Retail Sales/Cashier Attendant: Assist customers with snorkel, snack, and soft serve purchases at our retail outlet located inside the Waikoloa resort.

What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation to and from work (a must!)
- A friendly, professional attitude and great people skills
- Sales or cashier experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Ability to pass a drug test
- A love for working with guests and creating memorable experiences

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist resort guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
- Provide information about Hawaii Nautical's ocean tours and excursions
- Book and process reservations for tours and activities
- Operate a point-of-sale (POS) system to complete sales transactions accurately
- Promote products and excursions to maximize sales and guest satisfaction
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and visually appealing sales or retail area
- Handle credit card and digital payments with accuracy and integrity
- Answer guest questions and provide helpful recommendations
- Communicate effectively with tour teams and resort staff as needed
- Monitor inventory and restock displays as necessary
- Uphold a high standard of customer service at all times
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies, including passing a required drug test
