Manager, Compensation — Full-Time Assignment

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time employee in the role of Manager, Compensation. As an employee of The Lindenberger Group, you will enjoy the support and resources of our firm.
This role requires strong compensation expertise, with deep knowledge of the Canadian compensation market and working knowledge of the Brazilian market. You will partner with HR, Total Rewards, and business leaders to evaluate roles, analyze market data, support pay decisions, and help ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct compensation analysis, market pricing, and benchmarking for roles across Canada, Brazil and the west coast of the USA.
· Analyze salary survey data, pay ranges, job levels, and internal equity considerations to support compensation recommendations.
· Partner with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards colleagues, and business leaders and provide guidance on compensation decisions, job evaluations, and pay practices.
· Review and assess current compensation structures, policies, and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement or alignment with market practices.
· Support annual compensation planning, salary range development, merit planning, incentive compensation, and related compensation processes.
· Prepare clear compensation reports, analyses, summaries, and recommendations for HR and leadership stakeholders.
· Provide subject matter expertise on Canadian compensation practices, market trends, and regulatory considerations.
· Apply knowledge of Brazilian compensation practices to support regional analysis, comparisons, and recommendations.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compensation programs support attraction, retention, internal equity, and business objectives.
· Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when working with sensitive employees, compensation, and organizational data.
Required Qualifications
· BS/BA required.
· 7-10 years of experience, preferably in international compensation.
· Brazilian experience is highly desirable not required.
