Hoover Country Club has enjoyed a rich tradition of excellence since it was established in June of 1959. HCC is a private, member owned and operated Club. Over time, the Club has evolved from solely a golf and dining club, to offering a variety of facilities and services that warrant the reputation HCC holds today. Golf Operations Team Member
Responsibilities
- Works with fellow golf operation staff to provide top service to the members
- In a courteous and friendly manner provide carts and range balls for Members and Guests while keeping all work areas clean, orderly and safe.
- Greet Members and Guests in a friendly and courteous manner while projecting a professional image.
- Communicate in a clear, pleasant and professional manner miscellaneous information that will assist the Member/Guest with their experience
- Deliver carts from the cart barn to the daily staging area. Provide golf cars that are clean, safe, and properly prepared with a towel, full sand bottle, pencil, scorecard, and tees.
- Perform periodic cart maintenance and special repair.
- Assist Members and Guest as they depart from the facility. Be certain all golf clubs are cleaned.
- Work with Golf Shop Staff to ensure that all club rules are followed.
