We are looking for exceptionally talented and experienced personal finance coaches to grow our global team and services. Our programs are delivered through a wide variety of mediums, such as in-person, online, over the phone, and in group settings. Our coaches provide people with completely unbiased information and guidance, so individuals can make independent and informed decisions about their financial life and sustain important behavioral change.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
In collaboration with our US team, the Personal Finance Coach will be responsible for expanding our personal finance offering for France, which includes:

Localized content development – review existing content, determine changes needed to apply to local market, create additional content based on gaps identified in personal finance topics

Product development and innovation – develop new products, services, curriculum, and leverage technology to continually innovate existing products and services

Research and content contribution – analyze data and experiences to write or edit articles and develop research on trends in personal finance

Financial education and guidance – facilitate workshops, webcasts, and one on one meetings to help individuals improve their financial habits and behaviors

Strategic contributions and leadership – leverage personal passions and talents to lead or contribute to build our team and business in France
REQUIRED BACKGROUND AND COMPETENCIES:
- Thorough knowledge of all aspects of financial planning for France’s population including money management, debt, investing, retirement, taxes, and estate planning
- 10 years min. industry experience and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) accreditation highly preferred
- Fluent in English and French
- Ability and interest in leveraging technology to deliver information in a clear and usable format
- Coaching approach employing active listening and assessment of needs, compassion and understanding, ability to change approach based on individual needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including public speaking experience
- Initiative, dedication, flexibility, and desire to work in a fast-changing entrepreneurial environment
- Attention to detail, especially crucial in developing high quality content
LOCATION AND TIME COMMITMENT
- France – Flexible in-country location, remote work. Occasional domestic travel to deliver workshops and onsite sessions
- Part-time contract basis with expected 20 hours per month and potential to extend and increase hours as needs evolve
