Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Restoration Estimator/Job Coordinator to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the estimation process for restoration projects, coordinate job activities, and ensure seamless communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Your expertise will drive accurate project costing, effective scheduling, and successful project execution. Responsibilities
- Create and manage estimates in Xactimate for insurance claims.
- Prepare customer estimates and invoices in QuickBooks.
- Review job documentation, photos, moisture logs, and technician notes.
- Submit insurance estimates and supplements.
- Communicate with adjusters, customers, and office staff regarding claim status.
- Track estimate approvals and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with job coordination and administrative support.
Requirements
- Experience with Xactimate preferred.
- Experience in water damage restoration, mitigation, construction, or insurance claims.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and cloud-based software.
- Self-motivated and organized.
Nice-to-have skills include expertise in water damage restoration, project management, negotiation strategies, restoration-specific experience. Pay: $48,000.00 per year
