We are seeking a part-time Entry-Level Wine/Beer Tender to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wine and craft beverages who wants to expand their knowledge while serving guests at the bar. The Wine/Beer Tender will serve wine, beer, and a limited selection of wine-based cocktails, guide tastings, provide approachable recommendations, and support beverage-focused events.
Schedule is Fridays 6pm - 10pm and Saturdays 6pm - 9pm , plus events on other days/times..

Welcome and engage guests at the bar, assisting with wine, beer, and wine-based cocktail selections.

Conduct or support guided tastings and curated flights.

Maintain accurate wine and beer notes, pairing guides, and staff education materials.

Assist with beverage service during events, private parties, and wine club gatherings.

Monitor inventory, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage and rotation.

Stay current on wine regions, craft beer styles, and beverage trends; pursue continued education toward certification (Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET, Cicerone, etc.).

Passion for wine and craft beverages with a desire to learn and share knowledge.

Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Certification (WSET Level 1, Introductory Sommelier, or equivalent) is a plus but not required.

Ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings each week.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
This position is bonus-pool eligible. Our company does not have any tipped positions.
