Why San Antonio-Area PTs Should Consider Bryan/College Station
San Antonio is a strong healthcare market, but many clinicians still deal with metro traffic, long commutes, and limited upward compensation in traditional outpatient roles.
Bryan/College Station offers a different kind of opportunity while keeping you in Texas.
For the right clinician, this role offers:
Strong outpatient compensation
$6,000 sign-on bonus
$2,500 relocation assistance for qualified candidates
Predictable outpatient scheduling
Efficient documentation systems
A growing healthcare market
A strong community around Texas A&M and Bryan/College Station
A clinic with room to grow
A chance to build something long-term
You do not have to leave Texas.
You do not have to leave outpatient physical therapy.
You do not have to take a low-upside clinic job.
You may be able to earn well while working in a growing, more manageable market.
If you are open to relocating from San Antonio to Bryan/College Station for the right outpatient PT opportunity, we would like to speak with you.
The Role
You will work in a growing outpatient physical therapy and balance clinic serving Bryan/College Station.

Fall prevention
Sports-related cases
General musculoskeletal care
Specialty service development opportunities
We are looking for someone who can treat patients well, communicate professionally, and help us continue building a high-quality outpatient clinic.
What Makes This Role Different
We are not a massive corporate clinic where you disappear into the schedule.
FYZICAL Bryan Central is a growing clinic with increasing referral volume, strong local need, and a real opportunity for the right PT to become an important part of the team.
You will have:
Competitive base salary
Real total compensation upside

We are not offering fake leadership titles just to recruit someone. We already have a Clinical Director. What we can offer is strong compensation, stability, clinical growth, and the chance to help build a clinic that is actively growing.
Documentation & Systems
We use Prompt EMR with workflows designed for efficient documentation and reduced take-home burden.
Our goal is for clinicians to document as efficiently as possible during the workday once they are comfortable with the system, templates, and clinic flow.
