Location: VMP Healthcare and Community Living – West Allis, WI (on-site position)

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the assisted living community
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
- Develop staffing schedules and oversee hiring, orientation, and performance management
- Maintain high standards for quality assurance, infection prevention, and resident satisfaction
- Manage budgets, occupancy goals, and operational performance
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare providers, and community partners

Qualifications:
- Previous leadership experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare management
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and resident rights
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with staff supervision, scheduling, and employee development
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of resident care
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business, Nursing, or a related field preferred
- Current Assisted Living Administrator license/certification (or ability to obtain) as required by state regulations
