Job Summary:
CLARK SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Flow Assistant to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. In this role, you will help ensure the efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse, assist with inventory control, prepare shipments, and support receiving activities. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the movement of materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas.
- Load, unload, and organize incoming and outgoing freight.
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Label, scan, and verify products for accuracy.
- Keep warehouse aisles and workstations clean, organized, and safe.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment (forklift certification is a plus).
- Communicate with warehouse supervisors and logistics coordinators to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Basic computer and barcode scanner experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
Pay: $20.90 - $24.00 per hour
