Location: Lubbock, TX and surrounding areas
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends

Pay: $12.00-$15.00 per hour, based on experience and performance

Position Summary
We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Residential and Commercial Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping our clients feel proud of their homes by delivering professional, top-quality cleaning services every day.
Responsibilities
- Perform general and deep cleaning in residential homes and commmercial buildings — including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing kitchens, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Follow D5 Cleaning Solutions’ standards, checklists, and safety protocols.
- Provide friendly, professional service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or client requests to your supervisor.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily schedules and expectations.
- Ensure proper use and care of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and from job sites.
- Must pass a background check (required before hiring).
- Previous professional cleaning experience preferred — training available for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for several hours.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Flexible availability for occasional weekend assignments.
