Right at Home is expanding our territory and adding a driven, field-based Sales Liaison to grow our presence in East Boston. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to build trust, create referral partnerships, stay visible in the community, and turn relationships into results. Job Duties of Sales Liaison - Home Care Services:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals while promoting a positive image of the company in the Boston area.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the East Boston market for growth.
- Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations, and consumers regarding services offered.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the community, healthcare facilities, and referral sources appropriate for our Home Care Services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals who utilize Home Care services.
- Regularly conduct sales visits to potential referral sources to assist them in identifying appropriate services, increasing clients served by Right at Home.
- Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for the promotion of the agency.
- Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics.
Requirements of Sales Liaison - Home Care Services:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a similar area of study.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience, preferred in home health, home care, or hospice.
- Sales Liaison - Home Care Services must be service-oriented and growth-focused, contributing to the organization's mission.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in sales.
- Excellent communication and proven relationship-building skills.
- Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals.
