We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated bilingual (English & Spanish) Sales Associate to join our growing fragrance team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy interacting with customers, and love helping people find the perfect fragrance, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers with confidence.
- Recommend fragrances based on customers’ preferences.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Requirements:
✅ Previous sales experience is required.
✅ Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
✅ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✅ Confident approaching customers and closing sales.
✅ Reliable, professional, and punctual.
✅ Available to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
✅ Must be authorized to work in the United States.
