RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Ford vehicles

Follow factory-recommended procedures and safety guidelines

Accurately document work performed on repair orders

Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

Participate in ongoing Ford training and certification
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS:

Ford Certification preferred (training available for the right candidate)

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
WHAT WE OFFER:

Flat Rate $30-$55 per hour depending on experience and certifications
