Call Center Sales Rep – Telemarketing/Call Center | Six-Figure Potential
On-Site | Birmingham, MI — This is NOT a remote position, 100% On-Site.

We’re hiring Full-Time Telemarketing Call Center Sales Professionals to join our fast-growing team in Birmingham, MI. Strong work ethic, coachability, and the drive to succeed is a MUST.
$$ Base/Commission role - NOT 100% commission based $$ | $$ Top performers consistently earn six figures in their first year through uncapped commissions. $$
Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- ✅ No weekends!
What You’ll Do:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Present and pitch services with clarity and confidence
- Build relationships with clients and provide excellent support
- Track activity and leads in our CRM system
- Stay informed on gold and silver market trends
