Position Overview | 岗位概述
We are seeking a hands-on Inbound Lead to support daily receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate receiving, timely processing, and supporting team performance.

What You’ll Do | 工作职责
- Lead daily inbound operations (receiving, unloading, checking, putaway)
- 负责日常收货操作（卸货、核对、上架）
- Ensure accuracy of received goods and timely system updates
- 确保收货准确并及时完成系统录入
- Verify inbound shipments against purchase orders or documentation
- 根据订单或单据核对收货信息
- Support and guide associates to meet productivity and quality goals
- 指导团队成员完成效率及质量目标
- Coordinate with Inventory and Outbound teams to resolve discrepancies
- 与库存及出库团队协作解决差异问题
- Monitor workflow and adjust based on inbound volume
- 根据收货量安排和调整工作
- Identify and resolve receiving issues or delays
- 及时发现并解决收货问题或延误
- Use WMS and scanners to manage and track inbound processes
- 使用WMS系统及扫描设备进行操作与追踪
What We’re Looking For | 任职要求
- 2+ years of warehouse or receiving/inbound experience
- 2年以上仓库或收货相关经验
- Lead or team coordination experience preferred
- 有带团队经验优先
- Familiar with WMS and receiving processes
- 熟悉WMS系统及收货流程
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- 细心，具备问题解决能力
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- 能适应快节奏工作环境
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- 出勤稳定，有责任心
- Bilingual (English/Mandarin) preferred to support team communication
- 中英文沟通能力优先
Physical Requirements | 体力要求
