About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operations Lead, you will drive excellence in facility performance by optimizing production workflows and leading high-performing supervisory teams. You will play a critical role in balancing operational efficiency with safety and quality standards to meet organizational throughput objectives.
Responsibilities-
Direct daily manufacturing activities, specifically focusing on furnace operations and casting line output.

Analyze financial performance by generating daily profit and loss reporting for production runs.

Strategize production scheduling to align with customer demand and internal operational targets.

Optimize furnace performance and raw material blending by interpreting laboratory data and technical specifications.

Maintain rigorous oversight of inventory levels for raw materials and finished goods to ensure supply chain continuity.

Champion a proactive safety culture by leading environmental compliance initiatives and conducting regular facility audits.

Drive continuous improvement by reviewing quality, maintenance, and operational metrics to resolve bottlenecks.

Support talent acquisition efforts by participating in the recruitment and interviewing process for production staff.
Qualifications-
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.

Strong proficiency in production planning, scheduling, and P&L management.

Demonstrated ability to interpret technical lab data to adjust manufacturing processes.

Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA health, safety, and environmental regulations.
