Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced energetic and motivated Comfort Advisor to join our outside sales team in Northern Virginia, specializing in HVAC solutions. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging directly with customers to assess their comfort needs, present tailored heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions, and drive business growth through proactive sales strategies. Your passion for customer service combined with your technical knowledge will help homeowners and businesses improve their indoor environments while contributing to the expansion of our market presence. Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through targeted outside sales efforts with company provided leads.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to recommend appropriate HVAC products and services that enhance comfort and efficiency.
- Present product and technical solutions clearly, emphasizing benefits and value propositions to clients.
- Utilize CRM software such as Service Titan to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement territory-specific campaigns in Northern Virginia.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory insights to optimize future efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven track record (2 yrs+) HVAC sales with a focus on technical & product-based solutions.
- Strong familiarity with CRM software such as Service Titan or similar platforms for account management and sales tracking.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Demonstrated ability in business development, direct sales and upselling strategies.
- Good analysis skills for evaluating market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively.
- Experience in marketing or technology sales is a plus but not required; a willingness to learn is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos confidently and clearly explain technical details.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $210,000.00 per year
