Journeyman Electrician – EV Charging
$35–$42/hr | Monday–Friday | No On-Call | Home Every Night I No Weekends
About us:
EV Plug Pros is a fast-growing leader in electric vehicle infrastructure across Colorado. We specialize in residential and commercial EV charging, service upgrades, and energy systems.
We’re looking for a licensed Journeyman Electrician who wants steady work and growth in the EV industry.
Your Role:
· Install Level 2 and DC Fast EV chargers (DCFC)
· Perform service upgrades, sub panels, and panel replacements
· Run/bend conduit, pull wire, and complete clean installs
· Commission EV chargers and verify performance
· Work directly with customers on-site
· Coordinate with inspectors and utilities
· Occasional trenching / underground work
· Travel locally (typically within 100 miles of Golden)
Qualifications:
- Active Colorado Journeyman License (DORA required – must be current)
- 5+ years field experience
- Strong NEC and local code knowledge
- Valid driver’s license + clean record
- Comfortable working independently and with customers
- EV charging experience is a bonus
- Service upgrade experience
