LC Distributors is seeking a hands-on Distribution Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting inventory fulfillment for more than 80 specialty retail locations. This role is responsible for leading warehouse associates, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving productivity, and ensuring safe and efficient operations across receiving, replenishment, returns, freight, pricing, picking, and packing functions.
The ideal candidate is an engaged leader who enjoys working alongside employees on the warehouse floor, developing teams, and continuously improving operational performance. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related field is preferred. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years supervising 20+ hourly employees
- Experience in a high-volume distribution center
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- UPS WoldShip experience
- Retail distribution experience
- Experience managing inventoy replenishment programs
- Ability to negotiate warehouse supply costs and vendor pricing to support operational efficiency
This role is responsible for leading a team that supports inventory fulfillment for more than 80 retail locations. Success requires a hands-on leader who can motivate associates, drive operational efficiency, and maintain high standards for accuracy, safety, and customer service. It involves supervising a team of approximately 25–35 associates supporting the fulfillment of more than 300 orders per week.
