What You’ll Do:
✅ Patient Intake & Scheduling: Help new patients get started smoothly, complete welcome calls, and assist with paperwork.
✅ Daily Office Operations: Maintain accurate day sheets, checklists, and support efficient patient flow.
✅ Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact by answering calls, emails, and in-person questions with professionalism and warmth.
✅ Payment Processing: Collect payments at the time of service and help maintain accurate records.
✅ Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and other healthcare providers.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Strong Communicator: You explain things clearly and work well with patients and team members.
✔ Highly Organized & Adaptable: You can manage multiple responsibilities and keep things running smoothly.

✔ Reliable & Flexible: You are comfortable in a PRN role, working approximately 5–10 hours per week, with required Saturday availability.
