Primary Function:
The Member Services Receptionist plays an important role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person members, parents, and volunteers see when they are at the Club, the Member Services Recepionist is instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience. Primary concerns for data entry and customer service.
Applicants must be available to work:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1pm-6:15pm
- Wednesday from 12:00pm-6:15pm.
Summer/Winter/Spring Session hours of Operation:
- 8 am-6pm with morning and afternon shifts available.
Schedule consists of 5- 6 hours during program times.
Key Job Responsibilities:
o Answers telephones, screens and directs calls; takes and relays messages in a timely manner
- Maintains regular contact with members as needed to discipline, advise, and counsel
o Utilization and daily oversight of member management system to process payments, import member records, record daily attendance and communicate outstanding balances to parents
o Ensure all member data is entered properly including behavior issues, member and volunteer communication, incidents, and accidents
o Utilization of donor tracking system to process payments, process donations, and record in-kind gifts
o Pull requested reports
Qualifications:
- · Associate degree preferred, or comparable experience in a related field
- · Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- · Ability to deal effectively with members including discipline problems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams
- · Demonstrated ability in working with young people, parents and community leaders
- · Ability to meet deadlines
- · Bi-Lingual preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.76 - $23.74 per hour

- Youth Development Program: 1 year (Preferred)
- Data Entry: 1 year (Required)
