Job Summary
Dryman Construction Group is seeking a motivated Mitigation Technician to join our water damage restoration team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and is committed to providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
- Perform water extraction, demolition, structural drying, and moisture monitoring
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Complete daily documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job notes using company software
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment
- Follow IICRC standards and company procedures
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and office staff
- Participate in an on-call rotation as scheduled
Requirements
- Current IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) Certification REQUIRED
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools relevant to restoration work
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding work
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in water, fire, and mold mitigation preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
