Urgently hiring Full-time, Part-time, Weekend, and PRN positions

Helping Hands, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals/Caregivers to work in our Adult Day Program or Residential Group Homes located in Pottstown, Gilbertsville, and Perkiomenville. We are seeking compassionate, reliable direct support professionals and caregivers to work with adults impacted by developmental and intellectual disabilities in a community setting. We provide and pay for all training.
$16.00 per hour (Adult Day Program, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm)
$17.50 per hour ( Residential Group Homes, 1st/2nd shift and overnight awake hours)
$20.00 per hour for PRN as needed staff (Not a regular schedule)
$250.00 signing bonus Full Time/$125.00 signing bonus Part Time (after 90 days)
Pre Employment Requirements: Valid PA Driver’s License, High School Diploma or GED, Drug Screening Test, PA Criminal Record Check (FBI Check if from out of state), Staff Physical
Some Direct Support Professional/Caregiver responsibilities include:
- Direct Support and Professional care
- Support of daily living tasks, personal hygiene assistance, cooking, cleaning, housekeeping, community outings, feeding assistance, showering, dressing, fine and gross motor skills, medication administration, as well as oral care.
- Transportation to day program and community based activities
Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
