Privately Owned General Dental Practice
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Part-Time (Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday)

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and helping patients feel welcomed and cared for? Our privately owned, patient-centered general dental practice is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a positive, team-oriented environment where every team member is valued. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as our practice continues to expand.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Check patients in and out efficiently
- Schedule appointments to maximize provider productivity while meeting patients' needs
- Verify that all patient paperwork and documentation are complete
- Collect and accurately post patient payments
- Present and discuss recommended treatment plans and financial arrangements
- Answer incoming phone calls professionally and assist patients with scheduling and questions
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team
- Jump in wherever needed to ensure an exceptional patient experience
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office experience preferred
- Knowledge of Dentrix dental software is a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
