Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Skilled Nursing (SNF)
Pay Range: $18-$21 an hour depending on experiences
Available Shifts: Full time/ Part time
- Evening shift 2pm to 10pm (Full time) Tuesday- Saturday
- Evening shift 2pm to 10pm (Fart time) Wednesday-Saturday
- NOC Shift 10pm to 6am (Full Time) Sunday- Thursday
- NOC Shift 10pm to 6am (Full Time) Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- PRN- ( Any open shift)

Requirements:
- Arizona CNA license required
- Active TB or ability to obtain in first 30 days
- Finger Print Clearance card
- CPR certified
- 1-2 years SNF experience

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions in EMR and EHR systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support patients with mobility and physical therapy exercises, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to infection control protocols.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
