Job Overview
Complete Converting is a woman-owned industrial cut-and-sew manufacturer located in Toledo, Ohio. We produce custom sewn products for automotive, industrial and commercial customers across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented sewers to join our growing team. Experience with industrial sewing machines is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with strong work ethic and attention to detail. Our production team works four 10-hour day shifts Monday through Thursday, giving employees a consistent 3-day weekend.
Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines
- Follow prints, patterns, and work instructions
- Sew a variety of industrial textile products
- Inspect work for quality and accuracy
- Work closely with Quality Control and production staff
- Help maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills
- Sewing experience preferred (industrial sewing experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work with measurements and patterns
- Dependable attendance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $16.00 - $29.63 per hour
